Delete your Fajro account

You can request deletion of your Fajro account and the data associated with it. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your email address and account ID
- Your password hash and session tokens
- Synced settings, tracker progress, azkar/dua progress, notification preferences and saved location
- Your group memberships and leaderboard entries
- Groups you own (members will lose access to those groups)
Purchase records may be retained where required for accounting, tax or legal obligations. Cancelling a Google Play subscription is separate — manage it in the Play Store.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address linked to your Fajro account, using the subject “Delete my Fajro account”:
We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting it.
Local data on your device
Deleting your account does not automatically erase data stored only on your phone. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling Fajro.
